Postage fees are based on your location and the item purchased (its weight and packaging dimensions). We ship via UPS, DHL, ParcelForce and Royal Mail.
All items are securely packaged in product specific packaging. On high value items we do ship via insured postage/shipping methods, however until the item is in your possession any issues with any shipped item is our responsibility, should there be any issues once delivered please contact us directly and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible for you.

I live abroad, which countries and what are the shipping fees (what’s the order process)?
Every effort is made to keep as many of the PSDesigns offered on this site in stock or readily available, however due to the specialised nature of the parts we sell there is a lead time on some of them, and many are made to order. Though sometimes noted as ‘In Stock’ by the website, this is not always the case.
This will generally be noted within the individual product description, but always contact PSDesigns if in need of further information. Most made-to-order parts carry a 10% cancellation fee; lead times are an estimation and not a guarantee. If you live in a country that we don’t currently list under the shipping options please get in touch and we will provide a shipping quote separately.
