If you have any questions regarding product purchased through PSDesigns or choice, availability simply email our team.


Postage and packaging to any address on the UK mainland starts at £9.99 (includes VAT). We ship via UPS, DHL, ParcelForce and Royal Mail. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the following Monday. For deliveries outside of the UK please email our customer care team at info@psdesignsglobal.com for a free, no obligation quote.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery, however most goods purchase will arrive earlier. Multiple items may be sent separately, so don’t worry if your entire order doesn’t arrive in a single parcel. Orders will be shipped by secure courier service and your delivery will need to be signed for during office hours at the address specified.

Order Processing: we always strive to deliver a high service standard, each order will be quality checked before dispatch and in some cases for any orders including a customisation or unique addition we may contact you for further information.


We accept all the major payment providers. Pay via debit or credit card. Apple Pay or PayPal.


If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must safely return the items you do not wish to keep immediately. Always remember to obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate from your post office when returning goods.
